Fill a QUESTIONNAIRE before your first appointment.
1. Telephone consultation.
Book a Telephone consultation to discuss how to improve your health and find out what kind of preventive treatment would be best for you. We can make many initial plans on the telephone, however, you need to be seen at our clinic before I can prescribe you with any Natural Bioidentical Hormones. Subsequently to your visit at our clinic, telephone consultations are also a quick and easy way to discuss your results and make further treatment plans.

2. Initial consultation 1.5 hour includes:
- A review of your medical history, discussion of potential problem areas using a specific detailed symptom questionnaire. Please fill the Questionnaire (above) before your first appointment.
- Detailed clinical physical examination
- Finding out the right tests for you and giving an overview of the potential benefits from the screening age-related problems.
- Setting up your health goals and discussing the potential benefits of different therapies.
- Outlining a program to monitor your hormonal balance and lifestyle progress.
- Discussing the cost range of possible treatment.

3. Laboratory tests
Saliva and urine tests are the best way to get an accurate picture of your free and bioavailable hormone levels. It's quick, simple, noninvasive and you can do it in the privacy of your home. The latest laboratory technique can be used also to find out your nutritional, vitamin, mineral deficiencies and your genetic markers. Oestrogen metabolites need to be tested from every woman to assess the risk of breast cancer and osteoporosis, and it will also help men to assess their risk for prostate cancer. If you suffer of depression or other emotional/mental challenges you could benefit of a Neurotransmitter test. Fee: depends on the test.
4. Follow-up visit for interpretation of the results; 45mins.
To accurately determine your hormone deficiencies and tailor a customized program for you, it is important to have your lab test results for this consultation. After this appointment you can start your Natural Anti-Aging Program if so desired. This consultation can be done also by a telephone, and it includes:
- Interpretation of the results and match them with your current symptoms
- Recommendations for hormonal treatment and nutritional supplements

£80 by a telephone 20 minutes
5. Start treatment.
Natural bioidentical hormones will be individually tailored and made for you, so it will take about 3 weeks before our compounding pharmacy can get your hormones ready for you. You pay hormones directly to the compounding pharmacist and hormones will be delivered to your home. Hormones cost generally between £35 – 60 / month, depending on your need. You can get hormones for 6 months at a time, and before every order we will have a little tel. consultation to make sure that everything is well balanced.
6. Your Personalized Follow Up-plan
will be discussed with you on your first followup appointment. Normally I have to see you and do smaller hormone/neurotransmittertests 2-3 times during your first year but after that only once a year. These follow-ups can be done either on a telephone or at our clinic.

7. Yearly follow-up; 45 mins.
Always on a clinic. After everything is balanced we can move to yearly follow-ups. Before these yearly follow ups, I will request that you will always get your new hormone levels tested. On this visit I will review your new results with you, give further advice and recommendations for vitamins and supplements. In addition to this, I will also discuss about your progress and I will further adjust your hormone doses. We will also discuss about other potential therapies that could offer you additional protection from age related diseases.
